What Doesn't Kill You Makes You Stronger?

That's what they say. What doesn't kill you makes you stronger . It just means all the challenges and problems that happen in your life can make you stronger. But the real question here is, is this saying true? Does it really make you stronger? Because if it is true, why do we feel hurt when those challenges and problems come? We do not feel stronger when problems are here with us. The pain are so real. We get down. We feel weak. So, how can it make us stronger when we just feel weak and down?
