Life's a climb, just don't get exhausted

If you don't know that Miley Cyrus' song, it's called The Climb. Well, they say life is all about the climb. I think this saying means that you just can't do nothing at where you're standing now if you want to go to a better place in your life. If you want to reach the peak, you must climb. If you don't climb, you'll just be at the same place forever.

Everyone has different mountain. Everyone has different peak they want to reach. The same thing is, everyone starts from the bottom. So, everyone must climb.

Some people climb for money. Some people climb for career. Some people climb for people they love. Some people climb for happiness. Whatever it is, they climb for something they want to reach that they still don't have now. It's funny how people compete each other to climb their best peaks. Some people want to reach there the fastest. Some people just want to reach the highest peak, no matter how long it takes.

The climb is good. It keeps motivating people to get their dreams or goals. The problem is, sometimes they climb too much, then get exhausted. I have one rule for the climb of my life: I must enjoy that climb. If I don't enjoy it, it's better not to climb. After all, climbing is interesting even when you haven't reached there yet, as long as you know how to enjoy it.

There's a saying, "Life's a climb, but the view is great." That's what I want to do in my life. People think life is a climb and it's hard. That's because they just focus on what they have to climb and what they must do to reach the top.

When you climb, don't get exhausted.

It's fun if you don't force yourself and get too tired. It's not that hard if you enjoy the climb. Don't just climb to reach the peak. Climb because you enjoy every single step you take to reach there. Don't just keep your eyes to the peak you need to reach. Change it to the great view around you. And when you look down, see how high you already climb. It's more fun to do.

If you climb and keep thinking how far it's still needed to reach that peak, it will be super exhausting. Don't get too tired. Sometimes you need some rest and enjoy things where you stand. Life's a climb, but it's fun if you know how to enjoy it.

Change the Perspective

One of people who inspire me the most is Nick Vujicic . I believe many of you know about this man. If you don't, well, he's a man with no arms and no legs. Although he has this disability, he still lives his life to the fullest. He swims. He surfs. He married. He does whatever he wants. Even he inspires many people around the world with great stories about his amazing life. Isn't he really a huge inspiration? I'm sure you know what I'm gonna write here. Many things we can learn from him, like being thankful, enjoying life, creating your happiness, or living the life you want no matter what the circumstance is. But I want to talk about his great life from a little bit different thing. He inspired me in one thing when I read his book. If there's one thing I can learn from him, it's that you can't always change your problems, but you can always change the way you see it . You can't always change your problems, but you can always chang

Remy and His Passion

This is the second post of Disney Lessons on my blog, and this time I'm gonna talk about that little mouse from Ratatouille . Yup, Remy ! For you who don't watch this movie, Ratatouille is a Disney movie about a little mouse, Remy, who's expert in cooking, and he secretly helps a chef named Linguini who can't cook at all. For some people who watch it, maybe this movie is funny because it's about a mouse that helps a chef to cook just by hiding in the chef's hat and controlling what he does with his hair. But this movie becomes very inspirational when you see it from this mouse's perspective. His name is Remy. His passion is in cooking. The most inspiring thing about Remy is, nobody supports him to cook. Everybody disagrees with him, even his father really hates him for doing that. But, it's about passion. His heart is in cooking. But then, back to the fact again: he's a mouse! How to be a chef when you're a mouse? By the way, I like how

Look to God, not Yourself

Few days ago, suddenly I was moved to post this topic on this blog, and a perfect title came to me. Look to God, not yourself. This title really represents what I want to share with you right now. Some friends of mine, who are also following my Twitter, told me that I tweet a lot about God. Yeah, maybe it's true. I told them my reason, " Because God has the biggest role in my life. I can talk about my life, my problems, myself, but all of them are nothing if there's no God behind it. There are many things in my life that I really can't do alone. Even when I've done my best, I still can't. I need God. Only God can help me and make it work. " God is the key of everything in my life. Without God, I'm just an imperfect and weak man. Life is too challenging, I can't even handle it with my own strength and ability. I am not able. That's why I really need to look to God. The only reason I stand still now is because I look to God. There are
